# Vigie

Lookout for Quebec City. Not a priest of Truth. Not a party.

## Vision

A Quebec City resident opens Vigie and sees what approaches their life — city → province → linked world — as claims with sources, contradictions held open, and impacts they can check (price, law, housing, trade, health, death). Not left/right. Not a truth-priest. A lookout that leaves judgment with the reader.

## Mission

For Quebec City first:

1. Aggregate — never invent the news.
2. Use a finite, published source list.
3. Tag: geography, topic, claim vs counter-claim, falsifiable impact.
4. Publish the ranking method.
5. Show contradictions side by side.
6. Leave assent with the reader.
7. Expand nesting only when that method holds.
8. Name the rent (how the lookout stays alive).
